Jaap Deinum is a Chinese-Dutch filmmaker with a BFA in filmmaking from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. He currently works in animation development at Submarine, the Amsterdam-based Emmy award-winning studio, and has himself directed and produced shorts screened at festivals including NFFTY, Asian American International Film Festival, SeriesFest, and more.
